Harsh has conducted knowledge sessions for more than 1000 CEOs in partnership with leading banks across 10 cities. His articles and interviews have been published in Economic Times, Hindustan Times, Mint, Business Standard and CNBC.
His flagship program “Family Business Program – Building a House that lasts” has been conducted across 10 cities. This is an off-site family teambuilding retreat designed to clear the air, open up channels of communication, build a climate of transparency, trust and respect, and build consensus on the way forward by creating a Family Charter.
He anchored a CEO Forum of Founders of family managed businesses in Delhi and Mumbai in partnership with ICICI Bank for 5 years and has conducted workshops for family manages businesses in partnership with ACMA, Bombay Chamber of Commerce, PwC , IIM Raipur and several industry associations.
Prior to this Harsh was Managing Director of Bausch & Lomb India, RayBan Sun Optics ( Luxottica India ) & Intertek . Started his career with Hindustan Unilever as a management trainee. Starting as production manager he commissioned several factories – Personal Products and the country’s largest high pressure fat splitting ( DFA ) soap factory – and worked in senior management roles for 15 years.
Harsh is a gold medalist Chemical Engineer from BHU IIT and lives in Gurgaon.
