Over the years, he has engaged more than 1,000 CEOs in partnership with leading banks, hosting knowledge sessions in 10 cities. His insights have been featured in publications like Economic Times, Mint, and CNBC, reinforcing his thought leadership in the family business space.
The flagship “Family Business Retreat : Building a House That Lasts” is a cornerstone of his practice. This off-site retreat for individual families is designed to strengthen communication, transparency, trust and teamwork. It makes families step back, pause, introspect and review how they work together – what is working well & what needs to be changed.
Additionally, he anchored a CEO Forum for family-managed businesses in Delhi and Mumbai in collaboration with ICICI Bank for eight years.
Before dedicating himself to family business advisory, he gained over three decades of leadership experience in global corporations, serving as Managing Director for Bausch & Lomb India, Ray-Ban Sun Optics (Luxottica India), and Intertek. A Gold Medalist in Chemical Engineering from BHU IIT, he began his professional journey at Hindustan Unilever, where he held senior management roles for 15 years. Based in Gurgaon, he brings a blend of corporate rigor and empathy to his work.
